1. What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes from XS to XL (depending on product). You can find detailed measurements in our [Size Guide].
2. How long does shipping take?
Norway: 5–7 business days with Helthjem or Bring
International: 5–12 business days, depending on where you live
You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order has shipped.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders over 1000 NOK – check the front page or in the info bar for updated information.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to Norwegian law. The product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
You pay for the return shipping yourself.

5. I have received the wrong or defective item – what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at info@trvnactivewear.com with your order number and a picture of the product. We'll take care of it – either with a replacement or a refund.
6. How should I wash the clothes?
Each item has washing instructions on the label. General recommendations:
Wash cold (30°C)
Avoid bleaches
Do not use a dryer.
Hang to dry for longest possible lifespan
7. Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured in China with a focus on quality and fair working conditions. We work closely with reliable manufacturers.
8. Do you ship abroad?
Yes! We ship to selected countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please send us a message - we'll be happy to help.
9. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the package has been shipped.
