Terms and conditions

Welcome to TRVN Activewear. By shopping with us you agree to the following terms and conditions, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

1. Products and prices

All prices are in NOK and include value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices, update product information and correct any errors at any time.

2. Order

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is not binding. A binding purchase agreement is considered concluded when the order is confirmed and shipped from our warehouse.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a shortage of goods, technical errors or suspected fraud.

3. Payment

We offer secure payment with Visa, Mastercard, Klarna and Vipps . The amount is deducted when ordering.
All payment information is processed encrypted and securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping and delivery

Expected delivery time is 5–7 business days. Delays may occur during periods of high traffic or due to external conditions.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Customers outside of Norway are responsible for any customs and import fees.

5. Right of withdrawal

Private customers in Norway have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act.

The item must be unused, unwashed and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping is covered by the customer.

6. Complaints

If the item is defective or damaged, you can submit a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act – up to 2 years after the date of purchase.

We will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with applicable law.

Damage caused by normal use (wear and tear) is not accepted as a complaint.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage caused by delays, out of stock items or third party delivery issues. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchase price.
